Hi guys! I would like to share with you my simple eclair recipe. I am not a pro in making it so pretty but i can assure you that this dessert melts in your mouth and it really tastes good.
PASTRY CREAM/VANILLA CREAM INGREDIENTS
150ml Whole Milk
150ml Heavy Cream
3 Egg yolks
50g Sugar
30g Cornflour
Vanilla Bean
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
100g Semi-sweet chocolate
100ml Hot Heavy Cream
CHOUX PASTRY/ECLAIR INGREDIENTS
80ml Water
80ml Whole Milk
70g Butter (i used salted)
100g Flour
3 large whole eggs
Preheat your oven to 180°C before staring making your vanilla pastry cream then after your choux pastry is ready bake it for 180°C for 15mins then decrease your heat to 150°C and continue baking for 15 mins more.
