[ Ссылка ] I'm often asked how often my child should replace their molds. The standard of care in the United States is yearly. There's a bigger reason for changing out the molds every year. First of all, your child's going to see better. The molds will feel better. They'll have a better ortho-k effect and most importantly we're going to change out the old molds before they start causing problems. Now, the old molds are a viable back up set for your child to use. We in our practice do a maintenance program that includes a brand new set of molds every single year. That's part of the program.
