"What is vegan keto diet?" "Is vegan keto possible?" Some people are curious and they would want to know.
A plant-based keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat, moderate-protein diet that excludes all food sources from animals. The ketogenic diet of course is quite well-known for its meals filled with animal foods.
