Pardon me, for not posting any meals or videos the past few days! I was food poisoned !!! 😱😱😱 I ate a Yogurt Muffin that I received from a client! I ate it on two different days! The 1st day it gave a low fever which my immune system was winning the battle, but on the 2nd day, I ate the other half of the muffin and I lost the war! 😢😢 It was as if an Atomic Bomb 💣hit me 👊💥👊💥👊 and I went down, 👎but I survived through it to continue our mission baaaaaaaby!! 👶👶👶😎👏👏👏

Ladies 💃💃💃 you can also do chest at the gym! It will help you tone up faster and have a great physique! Yes, you can do this after or before your Zumba, Spin, Yoga, or KickBoxing classes! Remember, the combination of Cardio and weight training will help you get faster results! Even though, on some days you may just want to do your gym classes only. (cardio) That is ok, as long as you do some form of weight training 3-5 times a week! 😃😃
