Florida state prosecutors have made public an April 11 affidavit presented to Florida Circuit Court Judge Jessica Recksiedler for a determination of probable cause for second-degree murder charges against Mark Zimmerman, who says he shot Trayvon Martin in self-defense on the night of Feb. 26. The affidavit shows prosecutors believe the the case will hinge on testimony by Trayvon Martin's girlfriend, who prosecutors believe was talking to Martin on the phone when the incident occurred.
