All humans should be able to do these body movements. 'Core Stability' I believe has too many variations & skewed views. In my mind it's simple, if we can't hold our body weight with good functional balance, produce graceful movement patterns with endurance & power. More simplified - if we frequently feel or experience pains and injury/s - we have a core stability dysfunction!
These beautiful movement patterns demonstrated by Richie exercises and stabilises the fundamental moving chains of the body - especially the hips (or pelvic girdle) which is ultimately - the best core stability!
As a way to prevent problems like - back pain, hip pains, balance issues, shoulder and lower limb pains.
All humans should be able to achieve these, but it is becoming more and more difficult due to our way of living.
