12 reps of HSPU's, current state of my max 🥴
I don't train handstand push ups for high reps/endurance anywhere near as much as I used to as a result of focusing more on strength and skills. Gets too tedious and exhausting, plus it limits what I can do for the rest of my workout because of fatigue.
And while my all time max was 17 reps sometime ago, the form/depth was questionable cause ego lifting 🙃. Although these reps are cleaner, I find the more I progress with handstands, the more I tend to nitpick everything. Sometimes it's all good because it gives me things to work on and strive for, but on the other hand the feeling of "never being good enough" is all too real 🙄
