Gaslighting is a tactic used by someone in order to gain more power over a person and makes that person question their own reality.
Gaslighting makes a person doubt their own thoughts and feelings, gaslighting is all about control and controlling someone.
It is often down slowly and over time so they person doesn’t even realise how much they are being manipulated and brainwashed.
Here are 11 warning signs of gaslighting
1 - They tell blatant lies
2 - They will use what you love as ammunition
3 - They deflect the blame onto you
4 - Their actions don’t match their words
5 - They wear you down over time
6 - Distraction
7 - They confuse you
8 - They tell you or other that you’re crazy
9 - They tell you everyone is a liar
10 - Minimising your thoughts and feeling
11 - Denying any wrong doing
