Hello, hope you’re doing well. Today I wanted to share something that completely revolutionized my productivity. I’ve given this information in a small way before but there’s so many people who still need to here it. I didn’t mention in the video but this exercise really should take you no more than 10 minutes or so. It doesn’t matter if you do it digitally or on paper but just keep logging it every night. Force yourself to confront your shortcomings and don’t fall for the lie that it’s okay to keep failing yourself day in and day out. You will look back and be so grateful that you took accountability and made a worthwhile change, I guarantee it ♡
