Today on Tea 'n' Tobacco I'm doing a blind review of the Rocky Patel 1999 Vintage Connecticut cigar. This the third cigar is the very popular Vintage line that really put Rocky Patel on the map in the early 2000's. This cigar has a Connecticut grown shade wrapper that's been aged 7 years, a Nicaraguan binder aged 7 years and fillers from Dominican Republic and Nicaragua aged 8 years.
