My mom used to make me and my brother "egg nog" a lot when we were kids. So yeah, no alcohol. I don’t like the taste of alcohol, so even as an adult, I love it, but it's still a great eggnog that kids can drink, at Christmas or any time of the year. Don't let the raw eggs scare you! But if they still scare you, you can temper them before using them...or just not make this recipe.

Serves 2
In a blender, add:
-2 cups whole milk
-1 raw egg
-2 tsp sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend on high for at least 1 minute. The egg and milk will froth up nicely. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
