Here is a 30 minute morning yoga sequence that is good for any time of the day, but will definitely make you feel more awake, aware, and ready to go. We can often wake up with pain or tension in our lower back, upper back, or neck and shoulders from perhaps sleeping in a strange position, or if you have ever woken up with a crick in your neck, you know the all too common feeling. While todays morning yoga is still a full body flow, we will be concentrating on relieving any pain or tension in the back and neck areas.
