Some tragic news coming in from the state of Jammu and Kashmir where army sources have confirmed that five of their soldiers have been martyred in Poonch. Their lives were lost during the encounter during an anti-insurgency operation in the Poonch sector today. Among the deceased were four army soldiers and one Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO). The mission was initiated near a DKG village in Surankote after information about the presence of terrorists was received.
