Known as the tallest structure on the East side, 520 Park Avenue is located in Manhattan, New York. This residential skyscraper stands 780 ft tall with 54 storeys and 34 exclusive full-floor simplex and duplex residences. Each unit is designed with luxury finishes, including marble bathrooms, gourmet kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling windows. With more than 15,000 sf of amenities, the building offers a 24-hour concierge and doorman, outside garden, a landscaped park on the seventh floor, a private movie theatre, dining room and wine cellars, swimming pool, and a bi-level fitness center.
PICCO provided connection designs and detailing for both the interior and exterior of the building. The exterior clad in 6,000 sf of Indiana Limestone, and lobby in two types of stone: Sarrancolin Marble and Alberene Soapstone.
520 Park Avenue is a prime location, ranking #7 on New York City’s top 25 most prestigious condos with skyline views overlooking Central Park. With the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MoMA) just a few blocks away, it is also within walking distance of many of the city’s top restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.
