Ingredients and Measurements:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp. milk powder
2 tbsp. custard powder
1 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. Butter
1.5 tbsp. sprinkles
1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup condensed milk
evaporated milk to mix the dough (around 1/2 cup ***maybe more or less to make a soft dough)

** you can add 1/4 cup shredded coconut, but only use 4 tbsp. Butter

To coat the mithai: extra condensed milk and powdered sugar
