The Riptides lost Opening Day in their first game since Trent Severino left to start his own franchise, the Vipers. Although they fell short, the 2nd pick of the draft Reece Clapp looked promising at the plate and Josh Bradley shocked everyone with his performance on the mound. If Hudson can perform like he is capable of, and the supporting cast keeps on getting better, this team can be dangerous as time goes by.

The Redbirds took care of business in their first game against the Steamrollers. Matt Foster looks like the missing piece for this Redbirds team, and the supporting cast of Jake Short and Aidan McDermott contributing makes this team dominant. You always know captain Chandler Sartain will always perform at the plate, so this will be a hard team to beat.
