World cricket's next star! Meet Pavel Florin
Pavel Florin is a 40-year-old Romanian body guard who drives 500km each way to play a game of cricket. He only started playing at 32 years of age and is now representing his club side, the champions of Romania at the ECL - European Cricket League. Despite a fractured leg, his team losing all their matches and a lot of piss-taking online by trolls, he couldn't be happier to be here.
Cricket has given me (Scolls) so much in my life for which I will forever be grateful and it's people like Pavel Florin who remind me how lucky I am. He is an inspiration to everyone and a reminder why we all start playing the game - to enjoy it.
