In this workout we have a short but effective upper body class that's perfect for any fitness level. In this routine, I've incorporated basic upper body exercises that will give you maximum results.
I recommend doing this routine two times through, but feel free to adjust it to your fitness level and pair it with other workouts that we have on the channel.
When it comes to weights, I personally use 3kg, but the weight you use will depend on your individual fitness level. You can use anywhere from 1-5kg and adjust accordingly for different exercises. Remember, it's important to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
