We headed down to Après Wine Bar for our first episode on Toronto's culinary spots. Located in the hearth of Little Portugal and with a unique selection of wines from lesser known wine regions and made with sustainable farming practices, this the right spot to discover exciting wines in Toronto. From skin contact whites to Georgian wines (yes, that is where wine originated!) great cocktails like clarified milk punch, there is a lot to taste! The food is innovative and creative, designed by chef and owner Jeff Kang. With its minimalist design and a focus on food and wine pairing, this is one Toronto's most trendy culinary spots.
