Aerial video footage shows a crowd of people dispersing following a shooting during the victory celebration for the NBA Finals Champion Toronto Raptors, Monday, June 17. According to Toronto Police, there have been two victims that suffered serious but not life threatening injuries, two people are in custody and two firearms have been recovered.
