Here’s how: At the 🔝 of the push-up, in that optimal plank position, extend your upper body nice and controlled without overly extending your spine 🙌
**𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: This means extending your sternum upward ⤴️ (If you’re confused, you can learn all about how to do this properly in the MoveU Back and Core Course, 𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒌 𝒊𝒏 𝒃𝒊𝒐).
Doing this will help pull your shoulder blades down ⬇️ and take pressure off the tips of your shoulders 😌
Oh, but you’re not done yet…
Now, hold that position and as you descend into the push-up focus on reaching your nose forward ⏩. Dive that nose way out in front of you! That’s it! Now get your butt up, try it out, and let us know how it feels for YOU 🔥
