In this example of Project Zero's Artful Thinking thinking routine 'Nouns, Adjectives, Verbs', you will learn how you can engage your students in slow looking, describing, and sharing their ideas with each other to extend their thinking. You will see how this collaboration can lead to increased communication and creativity among language learners. Thinking routines are flexible and can be used across all languages and levels. They can also be implemented with or without the use of technology. They target a variety of thinking dispositions and allow for collaboration and differentiated instruction.
