Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, who won in a snap presidential election, swears in as Kazakhstan's president at an inauguration ceremony. Re-elected for a second consecutive turn in a snap election, Tokayev won 81.31 percent of the vote. The outcome came as no surprise, as Tokayev's five opponents were virtually unknown and none of them scored double digits.
