🔎 Signs of Rectal Prolapse:
💩Constipation - bowel movements may get stuck.
💧Diarrhea - an irritated bowel could be the culprit.
⚖️A feeling of heaviness in the tailbone area, especially at the end of the day.
🎨’Skid marks’ - despite thorough wiping, poop stains may persist.
One handy tip is to elevate your hips (any time of day works but mid-day is an ideal goal) to give your pelvic floor a much-needed break. 🙌
