👩‍🍳"Sinigang" is a Philippine soup or stew characterized by its sour flavour.
My hubby and I, love “SINIGANG” (Sour soup) very much! No doubt if it is meat or fish. Especially in wintertime. I used to cook sinigang 4 times a week. We don’t get enough from it. Sea bream is one of my favourite fish here in Europe.
