Special Yoga Exercises using Blocks
In this video, I will begin by doing a variation of the "boat" pose. From this pose, I will hold onto my feet and stretch my legs. Next, I will lay on my back and place two blocks underneath my lower back. The blocks will help arch and extend my back when I do different stretching exercises. I will do a variety of stretches, which will include different types of splits. The last part of the exercise routine, I will do a variation of the "hero" pose. From this pose, I will do different stretches. Remember, always do proper breathing techniques with each exercise.
