-½ teaspoon baking soda

-200g lukewarm water
-2 tsp yeast
-100g bubbly sourdough starter
-1 1/2 T melted cooled coconut oil
-1 egg
-450g flour
-1/4 cup white sugar
-1 1/2 tsp sea salt

130g bubbly starter
330g water
500g flour
9g sea salt
65g cane sugar
Sourdough Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
*MAKES 30 COOKIES*
(15 minutes prep, overnight rest, 30 minute cook time)
-200g discard
-1 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
-1/2 cup cane sugar
-1 cup brown sugar
-2 tsp vanilla
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk if your choice)
-1 1/2 cups oats
-2 1/2 cups flour
-1/2 tsp ground cloves
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp sea salt
-1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
