Sensory memory can be exercised, even if you’re not a visual person.
In this video, I’ll give you sensory memory example after example of just how many kinds of iconic sensory memory levels each learner has at their mental fingertips.
Each sensory memory exercise I give you in this video serves as a kind of sensory memory test that unlocks a part of your brain.
And each time you work with the individual sensory memory brain area we’ll discuss, you’ll experience incredible boosts in short term memory and long term memory when you’re using memory techniques.

It’s true: A solid Memory Palace technique firmly based in a multi-sensory method of loci approach helps with encoding and decoding tremendously. It's also great brain exercise for memory improvement too.
Although I don't use these terms in the video, haptic memory, echoic memory and other types come into play as well. In the Magnetic Memory Method, we call these levels of processing the "Magnetic Modes."

You'll dive deep and discover how to:
• Speak any language fluently.
• Recall complicated formulas, math equations, or numbers.
• Master the technical terms for your field of work or study… medicine and pharmacy, physics, chemistry, I.T., geology, history… you name it.
• Recite poetry, jokes, and even long speeches word-for-word (zero mistakes).
• Quickly absorb the most important ideas from books, textbooks, or lectures… (and being able to recall it all perfectly months later).
• Never forget a name or face again (even if it's a complex name from a different language)… and remember what you talked about even years later.
• And much, much, much more…
Thanks as always for the view, thumbs-up and your comments. Please share this video around and until soon, keep yourself Magnetic!
Sincerely,
Anthony Metivier
