The serratus anterior muscle is often involved in the painful round shouldered posture (aka. hunched shoulders, leading to forward head posture and thoracic kyphosis / slumped mid back). It can cause chest pain, armpit pain, shoulder blade pain, underarm pain
In an earlier video ([ Ссылка ]) I have shown the basic stretch for the serratus anterior muscle. Here are now two alternatives muscles stretches.
But remember that you also need posture correction and better ergonomics at work to prevent the serratus anterior muscle to become painful!
