In this video, I will be sharing you my SUPER Easy Steamed Fish Recipe. Whole Steamed Fish is one of the most important dishes on Chinese New Year Eve. To have a whole fish served during Chinese New Year dinner symbolises the abundance you hope for the brand new year.

You can make changes in my recipe to suit your taste as you may prefer more of one ingredient and less of another. We may not cook the same way, yet we both can produce good results.


Ingredients:

1 whole fish (800g) cleaned and descaled
2 thumb sized of thinly cut ginger
2 stalks of onion leaves ( 1 stalk for garnishing)
4 tbsp of soy sauce
11/2 tbsp of sesame oil
1 red chili for garnishing
