Process of withdrawing EPF advance using UMANG app on you mobile phone easily..
Covid-19, the government has allowed Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) members to avail second non-refundable Covid-19 advance.
Steps for withdrawing the second COVID advance through online mode are as follows:
Step 1: Go to Unified Member Portal i.e. [ Ссылка ] log in with UAN and password and enter the captcha.
Step 2: Click on the 'Manage' tab and select KYC to ensure whether your Aadhaar, KYC, PAN and bank details are correct.
Step 3: Once the KYC details are verified, go to 'online services' option and select 'Claim (Form-31, 19 & 10C)' from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: The Claim screen will appear and it will reflect member, KYC and your other service details. On the claim screen, enter the last four digits of your bank account and click verify.
Step 5: After filling in your bank digits, click on the 'Yes' option to sign the certificate of the undertaking.
Step 6: After signing the certificate, click on 'Proceed for Online Claim'.
Step 7: In the next step, you are required to select the claim under the tab 'I want to apply for'. Options like full EPF settlement, EPF part withdrawal or pension withdrawal will be available for various claims. If you are not eligible for any of these services, then these options will not be shown in the drop-down menu.
Step 8: You are required to select 'PF Advance (Form 31)' to withdraw your fund.
Step 9: One must also fill in the purpose of withdrawing advance, the amount needed and the employee's address.
Step 10: After this, click on the certificate and submit your application. You can also be asked to submit scanned documents.
