Ingredients
Dark Chocolate 230 g
Butter 80 g
Egg 2
Brown Sugar 40g
Sugar 80g
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Flour 65 g
Cocoa Powder 15 g
Baking Powder ¼ tsp
Chocolate Chips
Sprinkles
How to
1. Mix dark chocolate and butter together.
2. Put into microwave 100 C 3 mins and stir until melted.
3. Add egg, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer.
4. Add melted chocolate butter and beat until combine.
5. Put the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix it well.
6. Add the chocolate chips, use a spatula to stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Scoop the cookie, place it on your hand and spin it into a ball and then put it onto the tray.
8. Then bake in the oven 170 C. 20 mins.
9. Press the cookies with a glass at the center of the cookies that have just been baked while they are still hot. Make a hole and set aside to cool.
10. Then put the Melted Dark Chocolate into the hole in the middle.
11. Decorate with sprinkles.
12. Once the chocolate hardens, ready to serve.
