If only more people talked about the simple reality and focused on the importance of effort & consistency more. Thanks for comment, and I think that the fitness industry has made it so confusing for those people that are looking to get in shape.
7 minute six pack ab burners, fat loss pills, crash diets and these fads have all contributed into making it so confusing for beginners not knowing which diet and program to choose and ultimately putting people off fitness.
If you want to get involved in fitness and hit your body goals, you don’t need to do any of these fads, if you want to lose weight, be in a calorie deficit. If you want to put on weight, be in a calorie surplus. All it comes down to is activity levels and your diet, don’t overcomplicate it!
