Ingredients:

For the chicken:
3-4 chicken thighs (500g-550g)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rice wine
Few slices ginger
1-2 sprigs spring onion

For the spring onion and ginger sauce:
3 tablespoons spring onion (or 1 large sprig)
1 teaspoon ginger
Salt to taste
Chicken juice
1 tablespoon hot oil
