Additionally, in the Restaurants onboard our ships, we observe the most scrupulous standards in safety and hygiene in order to protect both Guests and staff.
The Waiter is in charge of service at our Restaurants. He or she accommodates the Guests at their tables, interacts with them in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner, delivers menus, takes orders, recommends dishes, supplies bread and water, and sees that tables are always clean and tidy. The Waiter pays close attention to the needs of our Guests, with whom he or she is regularly in close contact. He or she is supported by an Assistant Waiter, and reports any complaints or problems to the Waiter Supervisor. He or she complies with rules relating to safety, health and hygiene. The Waiter has a remarkable ability to work in a team, and has good knowledge of the English language (minimum B1).
