Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Butter milk - 5-8 tbsp
Eno / Khane wala soda - 1 packet
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-2 to 3 tbsp
