Video taken by a high altitude helium balloon launched by KTC Hugo Pre-Engineering Class in cooperation with the Little Dixie Community Action Agency on Thursday, October 29, 2015. The balloon rose to 121,000 ft. before bursting. The payload, which included a Hero 3 GoPro camera, a computer, and a GPS tracking device, landed a few miles outside of Carthage, Arkansas.
