This is a remix project for an English 100 paper written called “Is Our Culture Really Our Culture”. It represents the journey the Hawaiian language and culture has taken since America stole the recognized independent Hawaiian Nation and banned our language and confiscated Hawaiian lands making billions of dollars for the benefit of the United States over the last 100 years, while the majority of Native peoples are displaced. Years later when it was clean and the Hawaiians were thriving the State evicted them for the purpose of erecting a State park. To this day there was no park erected.
