Today’s lesson is about reading an organic food label (this means everything which is edible, e.g. not cosmetics). Since we have some extra information on it, here I show you how to read and interpret it properly. Remember that as consumers you always have the right to contact producers and ask more details about their product (origin, allergens, tests that they do, etc.)
