Hey guy this was a crazy lift, lots of really good contractions keeping it all in the muscle till a solid failure.
After a little 5 min stretch we start off with..
INCLINE PRESS
1 X warmup set
1 X intermediat set
3 X 13 working sets, reaching failure each set
CABLE FLYS
3 X 13 - failure
SEATED FLAT BENCH PRESS
3 X 13 - failure
TRICEP EXTENSIONS
3 X 13 - failure
OVERHEAED TRICEP EX.
3 X 13 - failure
SINGLE ARM TRICEP EX.
3 X 13 - failure
Then go home and feed the muscles :)
