Here's how I mix gas and oil for 2 stroke engines. I've done it this way for years. It's very simple and you can see only takes a minute.

What I show here is a 50:1 ratio of gas/oil, which is what my saws require.

For a 50:1 ratio of gas to oil, use 2.6 fluid ounces of oil per gallon of gas.
