大家好，我是Anthony。这期视频我们继续讨论原生家庭与创伤这个话题。在上期节目中，我们首先讨论了2个关键概念，代际创伤与自我叙事。我个人是倾向于从自我叙事这个视角来思考心理创伤的。这种视角隐含了一个假设，那就是一个外在的事件之所以能够给一个人造成心理创伤，是因为破坏了这个人的自我叙事的连续性，或者说威胁了他的自我概念，他感到无法对创伤体验和真实感受加以整理和思考。我们经常看到，同样的负面事件，不同的人所被伤害的程度也是不同的，这是因为每个人的自我叙事是不同的。那么如何修复这种被破坏的自我叙事呢？
Hello, I am Anthony. In this video, we continue to discuss the topic of the family of origin and trauma. In the last episode, we first discussed 2 key concepts, transgenerational trauma, and self-narrative. Personally, I tend to think about trauma from the perspective of self-narratives. Implicit in this perspective is the assumption that an external event can traumatize a person by disrupting the continuity of the person's self-narrative, or threatening his self-concept, which he feels Inability to organize and reflect on traumatic experiences and true feelings. We often see that the same negative event, different people are hurt to different degrees, this is because everyone's self-narrative is different. So how do you fix this broken self-narrative?
