This was an interesting session taking place over several days. My initial random experiments following the light bench "suggestions" showed zero correlation and in fact proved to be misleading.
After finding certain combinations had "lens destroying" powers, it forced me to target a limited range of combinations. The results and discoveries are fascinating and although delivering some positive results, finished up begging for more understanding of the cutting mechanism to explain the results obtained. I am sure that the amazing consistency of cutting performance, regardless of lens combinations, is telling me something about a limiting light intensity characteristic at the focal point...... another Pandora's box!!!!
