Founded way back in 1885, they were founders of the Southern League in 1894 a league which they won 2 titles in before joining the Football League in 1920. They have won 2 League One Playoff Finals, Been Runners up in both the FA Cup and Football League Trophy and have only had 2 seasons in the Top Flight.
