In much the same way that ofcom is wholly ineffective. We need to rethink the ways in which these support services help both education and entertainment because the stress of an ofsted inspection every three years is intolerable - I will certainly not go through it again: it brings out the worse in schools and empowers bullying and bureaucrats over basic teaching and hard-working professionals.
