If we want to experience more of a trail then we must put in more miles on that trail. You don’t put in more miles by hiking faster. You put in more miles by hiking longer. The ability to hike faster varies with each hiker. But everyone has the same amount of time in a day to hike. In this video, I show how to hike longer, not faster.
