How to make a sourdough starter (from scratch) to bake bread? Etremely simple. No stopwatch, no complicated recipes (delivered by some sourdough "guru"), no special flours. Just mix water with flour twice daily for 7 days. It takes just 10 minutes a day. Only in the morning and evening without strict rules. If you forget to feed (as I did) there is no drama. Just keep going.

It’s amazing, life can easily start from 50 grams of water and 50 grams of clean flour. You still need fresh air and some patience.
