you don't believe that how much this Mars cake us delicious! Simple and tasty! Mars cake is one of my favourite cakes that melts in your mouth! So I definitely recommend you to try it and enjoy eating!
ingredients:
Eggs 1 pcs.
sugar 27 gr.
vanilla extract ¼tsp
Vegetable oil 10 ml.
milk 17ml.
flour 27gr
Cocoa 7g.
a pinch of salt
baking powder ⅓ teaspoon.
Baking pan 12 cm.
Caramel:
Sugar 75 g (melt over medium heat).
Butter 35 g.
Cream 55 g.
A pinch of salt.
Let cool down.
mousse:
Dark chocolate 35g.
Milk Chocolate 35g.
Hot cream 35g.
milk or water 20ml.
Instant gelatine 4g.
Very cold cream 120g.
Glaze:
Milk Chocolate 50g. Melt.
vegetable oil 10g.
