Stretches For Walkers
in this video I take you through the best stretches for walkers. Walking is the most natural form of exercise for humans and therefore is something we should do more of every day.
I will show you the stretches you can do before walking or after walking, or on their own. The stretches are also suitable for runners as they work on flexibility in the hips, legs, ankles and feet.
It is yoga for walkers, runners and seniors. It is yoga for flexibility in the legs. If you want to walk freely until an old age and not get stiff in your gait then this video is for you. Enjoy how you feel
