Every amateur golfer can increase his/her club head speed with this very easy drill. More club head speed means automaticly more distance. Most golfers are too tensed in their hands, wrists and arms and they will set a break on their club head speed. By releasing this break, you will increase the club head speed. How you can release it is very simple but takes practice. You can practice this at home in your garden or on the driving range.
